Carmens 2027 NYE: The Grand Affair

About this party

Carmens on Stone Church Road is one of Hamilton's best-known banquet venues, and its New Year's Eve gala is built as a full formal evening, running from 6 pm to 2 am. The night centres on a seated four-course dinner. The menu, as posted, opens with a crab cake, moves to a rigatoni course, then braised short rib as the main, and finishes with a white chocolate champagne tart. A standard bar is included, so you are not counting drink tickets, and a late-night buffet appears for anyone who has danced off dinner by midnight. Live band Reflexion handles the music for the dance floor. There are party favours on the tables, and the room raises a sparkling toast together at midnight. This is a good pick for couples, friend groups and families with adult kids who want a dressed-up gala on the Mountain without driving into Toronto. Tickets on Eventbrite run about $158 to $175 including fees.
